Terms & Conditions


  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • Primary Sports Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during a club.
  • Notice of at least 48 hours must be given for cancellation of a holiday camp place to allow time for that space to be filled, otherwise no refund can be provided.
  • Primary Sports Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at 07712577079 or carl.psa@outlook.com.
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We unfortunately can't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances or children deciding not to attend. After-school club places are taken for the half term.
  • If there are any sessions missed due to situations such as extreme weather conditions or the facility having to close, Primary Sports Academy will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
